A pivotal policy-shaping legislative report (8.6Mb PDF) I wrote in 1980. We were harbingers of the pending high-tech wave. Especially proud of the committee’s highly co-operative bipartisanship. The report was signed by all of the committee members. All 14 recommendations were adopted by the state.
